In order for me to get to where I am today in terms of building the business and building my fitness and and creating content creating these platforms I had to move very very fast. In all areas of our lives sometimes slowing down allows us to progress it does not cause us to regress but the human mind has been rewired in the last several decades to believe that linear progress is achieved through constantly going faster than taking a deep breath.
