After the ideation phrases, we already have a few wy frames or options how we want to solve ich we move forward to design some andemos or options. Then we start validating it with our main customers, to make sure that this idea we came forward with would work for customers and would solve their problems. Without validation, we can never be sure that we are working on the right idea. And after we pass the spate, we shall continue with a development or lunch phases.
