What Are Good Leaders?

There are hands on leaders and hands off leaders. Maybe your manager always checks on your work, and they check to make sure you're doing things right. Or maybe that person always makes decisions for group or tells the group what they should do. This would be a leader as well. So there are many different types of leaders in our everyday lives. And there are also a couple different leadership yles. I'm only going to talk about two of these general styles.
