The Role of Personality in Personality Variability
The lack of variability in anxiety these individuals showed led me to wonder if they were stapled low in anxiety or something else entirely going on. This reminds me of an all-port quote, which is, whatever individuality is, it is not the residual rag bag left over after general dimensions have been exhausted. It's important to recognize that much of the study of within-person variability using density distributions is better considered just that, within-person. The ideographic level, in turn, is a lower level of aggregation where characteristics and experiences are assumed to be shared.
