What Is the Eco System of Malign Actors?
When we think about the attackers, it's also never clear whether the attacker is sort of dependent criminal. So how does that eco system of sort of malign actors actually look? Well, i think it it is a great question. And if you take russia for example, there is a spectrum here. There is everything from ordinary criminal groups who are just making moneys, as criminals do, and probably paying off law enforcement,. through to groups that are essentially being used as proxies.
