How to Avoid Perverse Pricing in Development

I think it's really important to give people like a generous free tier. You get this very perverse pricing where it's, you know, one banana is free, but two bananas is $5 and three bananas is called for enterprise pricing. I'm actually working with somebody on some private hosting to try to relieve some of the cruft so that the the hosting process is simpler and easier.
