The Foundational Recess in Family Medicine

It breaks my heart that someone coming out of a five year programme, wouldn't feel comfortable during recess. Nothing gives you the experience of understanding what your colleages on the other end of the phone are going through ntil you've done it. One thing i would love to see happen over that whole system i work in is standardization. There's a lot of local idiosyncrasies that creep into rural practices.
