At NUM, it could be as simple as kudos or Slack message that says, hey, look at this great article. We are looking to shift the undertone and ensure that from leadership to somebody starting at an entry level position is participating in a knowledge cycle. So everybody involved. One knows their role. What are they needing to do to support the knowledge cycle? And once they know their role, do they know what that success looks like? It's striking me already and you can correct me on this. Seems like you're very much taking culture and people centric approach to KM. Would I be right in guessing that?"
