In 2011, Warren Buffett famously said if I could buy 100,000 homes right now, I would. Three titans of industry happen to be having a breakfast the very next week. From that, three largest aggregators of rental products for single-family housing were born. For me in the southeast, it means developing what we call dedicated rental communities.
