The Problem With Algorithmic Timelines
Twitter added a new timeline this week, but it defaults you back to the algorithmic one. This is not a limitation of threads; it's a deliberate choice that's optimized for way much more casual users of Twitter like service want to see stuff. You just want to see something interesting, whereas I want to see these people who I chose to follow and where I was when I last was there. But they know what they're doing. Instagram is still super duper popular.
