Are You Going to Reduce Nurses to Pill Pushers?

I think it's doable. In fact, i've talked about it, this idea that you can actually do it. And it requires a team. It's not just a doctor. You need aninner disciplinary group where everybody's practising the best that they're trained to doandthe they're feeding back to each other in a huddle. Why do we reduce nurses to pill pushers and ah a data entry clerks when they are so much more than that? They were self selected for being nurturing types like what are we doing?
