Is There Something Inherently Violent About Black People?

In new york city, black men commit a vastly disproportionate number of homicides. Why? And the answer is not there's something wrong with black people. I think he just thinks it's very important to take note of the fact that there's greater violence. The gang leaders who might have been able to quell the disputes before they get out of hand get arrested and locked up. Whenever they get into disputes with each other, there's nobody up here who can call a truce or enforce the informal rule of law.
