Are We Subjected to the Will of the Employer?

The fact that some people are forced to work on whatever terms they can find sets up a kind of structural relationship of domination. They identify pervasive domination, kind of before e the contract, at the moment out of the contract and and during the work process itself. All those populous people are dependent upon some employer or another. And you all think, if you read, you know, classical republican texts, this class doesn't exist. So they don't haveanything to say about this fact. But this is the fundamental fact of our society; it's what i think you discuss here.
