Is 4K a Year on Body Corporate Normal?
Lily asks, is paying 4K per year on body corporate normal for an apartment, one hour out of Melbourne CBD? It's in a block of 10, the apartment is two bedrooms. The building was built in 2019. There was no gym, pool or movie room. They spent 3K a year on gardening, which sounds ridiculous to me. But they said they wouldn't get an asbestos audit.
