The Disadvantages of a Conservative Court

I was really struck. I've been reading just around different commentary about the term itself, the full term. This is a new conservative majority which hasn't happened in literally decades. There has been a very specific progressive bent to the court for a long time. Now that bent has gone back the other way and suddenly it questions the legitimacy of the court.
