By understanding duca and abandoning its causes, we actually come to realize gradually the third noble truth. And so this brings us from that conceptual understanding of the four noble truths to what the buddha called the right view. The instructions are very clear, but as we all know, they require a great deal of patience,. A great deal of practice and interest if we want to integrate these truths in our lives. So it takes a huge commitment. Your meditation on this level is not a hobby. We're trying to explore the very essence of what this life is about"
