Do Carrots Really Help Your Eyes See?
Carrots are high in a pigment called beta carotene. When we eat carrots our bodies convert the beta Carotene into vitamin A. Vitamin A is important for healthy eyes and good vision. If you don't get any vitamin A in your diet one of the things that can happen is you'll struggle to see at night.
