Are You Taking Notes About Your Product in Service?

In general, we underestimate how import an small losses of free time are to people. People feel more vicely upset losing like, five dollars or ten dollars in scenario studies than losing half an hour. We think about helping people by saving the money, but we don't always think about encouraging consumer engagement by saving people time. There's a lot of potential areas because we ignore the value of time in our own lives. And i think trying to build more conversation thinking frameworks around the costs and benefits of time saving and time costs is a really important area going forward.
