Are You Good or Bad at a Virtua?

I know almost nothing about Virtua ethics. I just stumbled across something recently where someone was arguing that incompetence is bad in a different level of things than being good or bad at something are like for example children are often bad at some of the various virtues because they're children they're still learning right and oftentimes you can be bad at something just because you didn't really realize that was a thing you had to work on. People who are actually bad people are the ones who don't do the practice trying to get better at those virtues so I think we're maybe running into the the long history of ethics having some definitions that aren't aren't necessarily compatible hmm but it's perfectly fine to
