Meditation - Micro Moments of Mindfulness

When you practise these micro moments in difficult situations, you start to change your relationship with discomfort. So for example, you could learn to practise tiny moments of awareness when you are waiting for things. These can be, you know, throughout the day, little moments of mindfulness. That's the way of bringing your meditation into daily life. The reason this relates to forgiveness is because when you practise a mindful moment while you're waiting, how ok do you feel? You just drop your shoulders and let go of wanting to get to the front of the line.
