Critical Reflection - What Comes First?

I think sometimes you need to have a pivotal event that challenges your perception of what is going to work or not. And, and when you start to look at things in different way, you get fresh ideas. When I was doing the doctorate, I was challenged on my values and belief systems in a way that I've never been challenged before. Once I sort of my eyes had been opened with this rather difficult conversation with one of my tutors, I then able to use critical reflection at a level I've never used before. There's appreciative inquiry. There's colds reflective psych. You know, there are formal modules on the, on, on some of the master's programs
