Introduction

Mary Daley is the president and CEO of the San Francisco Federal Reserve. Kylo: The Fed is very, very focused on getting inflation down to 2% with their blunt toolkit raising rates, shrinking the balance sheet, talking. What I think of this is a good job market for a wide range of workers, including those who don't always get a break and yet skills pay. Those workers hopefully are finding an opportunity once we get inflation down to go back in and get whatever skills they want to have to build their career.
