Is Creativity a Soft Skill?

Most of what we do is art. It's following something that we've spent years or decades learning how to do and chiselling it into that that thing that is then puts it out in the world. I think creativity, in that sense would be writing something in a new way. So if people listening, if anyone feels lhike, they don't even have creative ideas, how do they improve that intellectual muscle? i guess that's really interesting.
