How to Share Research Results With Your Team
How do you make sure that everyone is aligned on the problems at the moment? What I find, it's an ongoing challenge with wherever I worked. We try to invite as many people into the research as possible. This actually has proven very powerful. Once a product developer or an engineer sees the research being done, they tend to form an empathy with the end user quite quickly and understand their pain points.
