The Webb telescope is six times bigger than Hubble. Because it's so big, there aren't any rockets that are big enough to launch it fully deployed. So the whole thing has to be folded up to fit inside a rocket. The engineers haw to find a way to can orgame it into a smaller package so it can actually fit on a rocket ship. Once it launches, it will have to assemble itself in space.
