The old way was come in at the bottom, do basic production work and work your way up to a creative product. I think now it's a little bit different. We've got experts that come in on production and they become very high in the organization from production expertise standpoint. And we also have people coming in as junior designers, very junior designers right out of school that work their way up to being associate creative directors.
