i'm mad because, youont i've been at this business forty plus years, and were just not learning how to do a good job of investing our public sector tax dollars in effective r. I think that very practically, and with a common sense approach, wise investment in research and development, we could easily notch down 50 % in the next ten to 15 years. We can't be striking out too much if we're spending hundreds of millions. Or conversely, if we're adding incentas for farmers to do management in this way because o us of expected effect on mitigating climate changes.
