The Importance of Sharing the Workload

We're not allowing ourselves to really share the workload and understand the process that other people are doing. They're lowering the bar effectively by specializing. So they're not realizing their full potential when working in that way. For me, this conference, what's really exciting for me is that this is an international conference here in Stockholm. A lot of the time we've had UX or dev or whatever conference is here. And they've been very Swedish in focus.
