How to Find the Best Value Add Deals in Your Market

The strategy that we are seeing working currently in our market is value add. So it could be, you know, just like you mentioned Rob, something where they go in there and you just cause medic updates. If it's severely distressed, it really just depends on what the property needs. A lot of it is basically breakeven or negative cash loan because rates are higher and prices are still elevated.

Want a zero percent interest rate and a paid-off seven-figure property? What about a quick fix and flip that’ll net you six figures in profits? Or, maybe buy an office and make nearly half a million dollars while having your own workplace? It’s 2023, and the housing market has turned most real estate investors off. Everyone thinks that deals are impossible to find, but funnily enough, we keep hearing stories about real estate investors making massive profits while residential buyers cower in fear. So, where can you find these deals?

We’ve brought back Kim Meredith-Hampton and Victor Steffen from the Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida, area and the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, markets, respectively.
