Mark O'Mara: There are degrees of not utilizing your skills. He says it's interesting to think about the extent that ignorance, like moral ignorance is exculpatory. If you're ignorant of matters of fact, that could be potentially exculpatory, but to be ignorant of basic morality would not be. But even if you accept that distinction, there's quite a lot of Nazi ideology that is descriptive and non-normative.
