Are You Overusing Your Competencies?

Tracy: When you overuse or over index on your competencies, you're essentially pretending it's a genius. And eventually it becomes a frustration. Pat: Don't go into a field where you need to prove yourself for two or three years doing something you hate. Tracy: Hold on to your working geniuses and lean into those with fervor because it will send you in the right direction.
