I think florida has proly been the biggest beneficiary of this whole pandamic a. If i recall correctly, i think florIDA had the highest, highest number of new residents move there in 20 20. Ri on think texas was number two. And that's ber of reasons. The weather down there, the cove and pandamic and not, you know, you not going to political conversation with er doin nown there. But i don't think the risk was as high there as it was in densely populated cities.
