Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in D.E.I.

I think there's misconceptions and misunderstandings on everyone's part. I don't think that we need to be putting our effort into trying to convert someone from being a racist. What we can do is create opportunity for everyone by having clarifying conversations, letting are down. Just because we look different doesn't mean it's diverse because we all think the same.
