I imagine that they are probably able to keep stars more. The NCAA had to react that way because I don't think they were terribly happy with Mark Emmer. It's tutelage on this whole process. And then from these sorts of organizations towards college basketball, did this save college basketball in a way? They're going to get hurt a little bit as if kids can make the same dollars.
