When I was working in the hospital, it's a great example of how essentially all of us would be functioning within that model. It's definitely scary to be working with something that can literally kill you by great radiation poisoning and also work with patients where you can literally kill them as well. To have a bad outcome really, so many things have to go wrong, and it's much better that way.
