Kenneth Lay and Jeffrey Skilling were the leaders of Enron in the 1990s. David Frum says they viewed themselves as smarter than others, but that was not true. He says skilling used his brain power to intimidate people who disagreed with him. Frum: If genius equaled profit, it didn't matter that Enron people wasted millions competing against each other.
