When you take that into your work environment, that's the opposite of what you need to do in your work environment. They are going to allicate resources to you to get a job done, because you are going to be helping them get more resources than in return. When they want something from you, they ask very clearly for it, and they just say, hey, you know, this would mean a lot to me. Couldn't you please do this for me? And it's reasonable stuff. It's little things, but they ask, they ask. So you always know what they need from you. You're not embarrassed. Its just very calm, eh, no, not
