The First Listening Shock

The first listening shock happens when the conversation starts and that first phrase or that first question you hear, you don't understand. It ruins the whole rest of the conversation for you because now you sort of like your breath catches in your throat, right? And you sort of freeze up. So today we're going to talk about the common questions that happen in these situations in the office as well as tell you some more native speaker ways you might not be aware of that we express these questions.
