The Differences Between the Baptists and the Conservatives
Baptists are voluntarily leaving the group because they don't agree with their view on sex related things. The difference between what's going on for the Baptists is no one's voluntarily leaving. They're getting booted out for having a different view or a different interpretation of the scriptures, he says. Andrew Dodd and Scott Higgins' story triggered this whole thing that has been happening over a few years where basically there's this internal conversation about whether you can even be in association with a church like that. And I think it's a big deal for their generation. For more people our age, it's probably a bit less of a, you know, it's been more of a no brainer
