What's the Third Way?
In the Bridgewater system, there is constant capture of everybody's thoughts about everybody else. There are different weights applied to those opinions but you are essentially taking a feedback fire hose all the time. I do think that there is a thing about frequency and variety in terms of feedback providers that I think over time and reps, it probably takes like quite a bit of the charge out of feedback in a way that's positive.
