How Do We Give People Unexpected Flexibility?

A year into the panademic, we saw something really differentto second year thik were. About ten percent of people from our darta actually want to be in the office full time. But i don't know that it's 50 % for i would say it's about 20, 30 at the most. 40% would be my unscientific instinct on it, just from watching the trains.
