What Inspired You to Invest in the Future of Computing?

I was looking for what is that next wave of computing. Cybersecurity, which is what Akamai was doing, is fighting an enemy all the time and I'm about connecting. The thought of a heads up hands free world way of interacting with computing was really appealing. We both felt the need to have a more diverse set of perspectives as we're building this new computing paradigm. So that's why that was the purpose of the fund as it started.
