Is Amazon a Better Choice?

The absence of competition allows some of this to fester in ways that I'm just curious whether we'll ever be able to regulate something like that. Like the way to compete is to build up a better alternative to Amazon. And there's not really incentive on Amazon's part to worry about that because, you know, nobody's going to start shopping on Shopify for the rest of their lives.
