i was in s t r selling to salons and spaws, which was a unique industry for me to be a part of. At its core, it's a marketing automation solution, but that's not what we're selling, right? We're selling 20 butts in the seat. So i think that distinction is incredibly important. And you'll never convince a salon od or take time out of his or her day to sit down and take a look at your soft er, the automate emales. But you will get them to fill the gaps in their calendar, or their people's calendar. As a post wach is blasting every one the same thing.
