The Role of Integration in Decision Making

Insight is the degree to which you are able to accurately understand the implications or application of your ideas, feelings and behaviors on whatever contat tore operating in. One of the best ways to sharpen insight is to get input and feedback regularly from other people. Do with three 60 get somebody to do some stakeholder interviews for you to tell you, what are other people seeing that you might not be? Whenever i meet with any employee in our organization, and again, where in ten countries, i very rarely see people in person, I almost always end with the same question: What are you seeing that i'm missing or that i should be paying more attention to?
