How to Control the Quality of an Apprenticeship?

A lot of times you can't find an apprentice that'll take you on because it's an epotist. Or it's who you know, or they're paid off by somebody. So we've built stuff on our own. We'rea skate ramps built. And it's just guys who know how to put nails in wood and know the general capacity of certain wood. They just, you learn these things over tone. You can learn those things, but how do you control the quality of that education that somebody learn? Somebody can come knocking on my door like a snake oil salesman and be like, hey, guess what? Came i could build you a house in your back yard.
