I also want to ask you about how unique the united states is with respect to these intra structurea problems. In other places in the world it struck me that at least at a superficial level, the intra structure seemed much fresher, much newer and much more up dated than in the u.S. Am i right to think that the us? Lagging behind an intera structure is pretty distinctive, is it?
