How to Launch a Productivity Podcast?
A few friends have asked me to come help them launch their own podcast. So basically what you do is you get a mic and set up an editing program, I've got like a template. And then from there, it's just a process of writing the show notes. After that, if I was still doing this myself, it would take me maybe 20 minutes to half an hour to edit, and then another 20 minutes toHalf an hour to write the show notes If I was really focused on it. Now I'm going to interview you, I'mGoing to do the intro, and then I'm gonna throw that stuff in Drive. Then my team member will do all that for me
