The Role of Bracemanship in Procrastination
There have been efforts over the years to apply cognitive behavior therapy to children with ADHD or to adapt CBT methods for them. More recently, an approach has been developed by the people at NYU, Harvard, Applecob where it combines some behavior therapy and elements of cognitive behavioral self-talk. It's not even designed to address general problems of paying attention and focusing and attention span. It's really to help kids become more aware of time,. what they have to do when to have the materials with them that they need to know how to approach their homework - those sorts of issues.
