The Mystery of Aaron's Death Cap
The death caps are found not natively, but are found in Australia. The Victoria Health Department put out a statement in April warning people to be careful with them. It's possible that Aaron accidentally had the mushrooms or got hold of them from someone else and used them as part of a dish. There is still no sign of her estranged husband Simon who was supposed to join their family for lunch.
